How the Home is Managed
Company Care Manager
Ms Eileen Crutchlow
Eileen is an extremely well respected Care Homes Manager, who has worked in residential care homes for the last twenty two years, fifteen of which have been at Senior Managerial level.
In 1988, Eileen moved to Coventry where she managed two separate Residential Care Homes and achieved numerous professional qualifications including “Advanced Care Management.”
Eileen returned to her native Sunderland in 1999, and decided to take a sabbatical from Care, in order to pursue a long standing interest in 'Interior Design,' however feeling unfulfilled by this change in career, Eileen returned to her 'true vocation,' of elderly care in 2003.
Eileen joined Northumbria Care in 2004 as our Homes Manager and was promoted to her current position of 'Company Care Manager' in June 2007.
Since her appointment, Eileen's 'vibrant and enthusiastic' approach to her work has produced numerous benefits for our Service Users, visitors and employees and we are delighted to have her leading our team!
